RETURNS:
Tru Nature will refund 100% of the purchase price, plus applicable tax, less shipping, on unopened items purchased within 14 days. Partial refunds will be paid via check. Customers must contact us at info@trunature.biz prior to returning items to receive a return authorization. Items returned without express written authorization from Tru Nature will not be refunded. Customers will be notified, and a refund will be issued once an authorized returned item has been received. Processing time can be difficult to predict, so we cannot make specific guarantees on refunds. Do not hesitate to reach out to Tru Nature if a refund has not appeared within 7-10 business days.

DISPUTES:
Disputes regarding wholesale orders must be addressed within 30 days of the placement of the original order. Tru Nature bears no further responsibility after 30 days.

REFUNDS:
Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. No exchanges will be honored unless items are defective or damaged.

SHIPPING:
Tru Nature ships via UPS Ground, which is typically a 3-5 day delivery. If special accommodations need to be made please reach out to us. All domestic orders over $50.00 US will be shipped for free.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@trunature.biz. Please provide pictures of damaged shipping package and/or product.

LOST PACKAGES:
Tru Nature will not be responsible if tracking information shows “Delivered” and the package was not received. If the item is lost in transit and the tracking information does not indicate that a delivery was made, Tru Nature will perform due diligence to locate the package, and we will issue a refund no more than 14 days after your initial contact, if needed.

CBD RESALE PAYMENTS:
Primary methods for payment on CBD resale orders are check, e-check, money order, or wire transfer. We can also maintain a card on file and automatically run the card when purchases are made, or contact Tru Nature at (619) 320-8325 to manually charge a credit card. Paypal is not accepted. The minimum order on Tru Nature resale is $500.00. Any buyers seeking exceptions to this policy must call to acquire authorization.

I authorize Tru Nature, and its affiliates, to communicate with me through electronic mail at the email address provided to Tru Nature.
