RETURNS:
Tru Nature will refund 100% of the purchase price, plus applicable tax, less shipping, on unopened items purchased within 14 days. Partial refunds will be paid via check. Customers must contact us at info@trunature.biz prior to returning items to receive a return authorization. Items returned without express written authorization from Tru Nature will not be refunded. Customers will be notified, and a refund will be issued once an authorized returned item has been received. DISPUTES:
Disputes regarding wholesale orders must be addressed within 30 days of the placement of the original order. Tru Nature bears no further responsibility after 30 days.

LOST PACKAGES:
Tru Nature will not be responsible if tracking information shows “Delivered” and the package was not received. If the item is lost in transit and the tracking information does not indicate that a delivery was made, Tru Nature will perform due diligence to locate the package, and we will issue a refund no more than 14 days after your initial contact, if needed.
